If you want to convert decimals to percentages, you move the decimal point two digits to the right or multiply that number by 100.

To answer this problem:

1. 4+2 is 6

2. 1/2 +1/2 is 1 whole

3. After finding these two steps, you add 1 and 6 together giving you...

4. 1 + 6 is 7.
