If the line has a slope of m, then in slope-point form, it is
y-(-1)=m(x-2)
which simplifies to
y=mx - 2m -1  in slope intercept form.

Sorry that you need to substitute the value of the slope  m  obtained from the graph.  Count one square right, and find how many squares up (+slope) or down (-slope)
