A. yes...this is a function because u have no repeating x values...u can have repeating y values in a function, just not the x ones

B. 
Table : u already have the points (6,14)...so the value when x = 6 is 14.

relation : when x = 6
f(6) = 7(6) - 15
f(6) = 42 - 15
f(6) = 27

so when x = 6....the relation has the greater value.

C. f(x) = 7x - 15....when f(x) = 6
     6 = 7x - 15
     6 + 15 = 7x
    21 = 7x
    21/7 = x
    3 = x <==
