Solve for y' to get

y'=[cos(x+4y)-8e^(8x)]/[4cos(x+4y)]

differentiate both sides,

8e^(8x)=cos(x+4y)(1+4y')

Solve for y' to get

y'=[cos(x+4y)-8e^(8x)]/[4cos(x+4y)]
